A global Bank are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join them on a 12 month contract in London. The role will work closely with the Legal department, focusing on Contract Management and ISDA's due to regulatory changes. The role requires previous experience delivering projects within Legal and Contract Management.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst on full lifecycle of a project (initiation to close)
  • Very strong experience within Legal functions and focused on Contract Management.
  • Experience with Trade and Transaction Contracts would be highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of ISDA's is needed
  • Direct experience within Banking is needed for this role.
  • Very strong stakeholder management skills
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
