The Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to deliver key strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business growth. In this role, you will work across multiple departments, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and aligned to wider organisational goals. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering transformational change within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Full large scale transformation experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects to agreed time, cost, and quality standards
  • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through to completion
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and secure approval for clear, commercially focused business cases
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Translate business requirements into actionable project plans
  • Ensure governance processes are followed, including project board approvals
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities to achieve desired outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering digital or transformation projects (e.g. apps, websites, digital change)
  • Strong track record in commercially focused, fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with both Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, or change management
