Job Description: To support the Events Team who are responsible for organising internal and external events, ranging in scale from 6 - 600 people, third-party exhibitions, and small-scale national and international customer visits.
Responsibilities:
- Support with venue sourcing, booking, and coordination, including site visits.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Support with the design of customer facing materials, adhering to brand guidelines and approval processes.
- Keeping track of event budgets.
- Raising POs and managing payments.
- On-site event and delegate management.
- Support with event risk assessments and other health and safety documentation.
- Support post-event activities, including evaluations, reporting, and compiling feedback to help improve future events.
- Event communications.
- Set up and design registration forms and event websites using Cvent.
- Support Marketing colleagues to design and send out event communications (registration emails, reminders, event details, pre-event joining instructions).
- Post-event communications, such as feedback surveys.
