3 Month contract, hybrid to Glasgow or Edinburgh. Public sector organisation. £275 - £329 a day, inside of IR35 (umbrella company).
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end service design, from discovery through to delivery.
- Map and optimise user journeys and service blueprints.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define needs and pain points.
- Translate research into actionable service improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, UX and Technical teams.
- Ensure services are aligned to user needs, policy, and business goals.
- Service Design within digital or transformation programmes.
- Proven ability to create journey maps, service blueprints and design artefacts.
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Background in public sector or regulated environments.
