We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manual Test Analyst on behalf of an established Microsoft Digital Transformation Consultancy based in Birmingham. This role will involve working on a large-scale Higher Education project, supporting the delivery and testing of solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment. The successful candidate will have extensive experience across the full testing lifecycle, including requirements gathering, UAT, collaboration with development teams, and supporting end users throughout project delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and successful delivery of D365 CE solutions within a fast-paced, stakeholder‑facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing for Dynamics 365 CE projects
  • Manage and contribute to end‑to‑end system lifecycle testing activities
  • Collaborate with development teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather and review testing requirements
  • Work through complex testing scenarios and support issue resolution
  • Create, analyse, and execute user test scripts and provide feedback to the Test Manager
  • Work closely with DevOps, JIRA, and other project management tools to track and manage testing activities
  • Mentor junior testers and contribute to improving testing methodologies and processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across testing and QA functions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands‑on experience with UAT, system testing, and DevOps processes
  • Proven experience testing Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions
  • Experience managing end‑to‑end testing across the full project lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience creating and executing detailed test scripts and reporting outcomes effectively
  • Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and related testing/project management tools
  • ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent preferred
