Our customer is seeking an experienced Power Platform Functional Lead with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) expertise to lead the functional delivery of enterprise CRM and Power Platform solutions across the organisation.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering business-critical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, acting as the bridge between stakeholders, delivery teams and technical specialists. This role will focus on driving successful end-to-end implementations across D365 CE and the wider Power Platform estate, ensuring solutions are aligned to business objectives and operational transformation goals.
Working within a growing and evolving environment, you will lead workshops, define functional solution designs, support platform adoption and establish best practice across processes, governance and delivery standards. You will work closely with architects, developers and senior business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions that maximise the value of Microsoft technologies.
- Strong functional consulting experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Experience leading workshops, requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
- Ability to produce high-quality functional specifications, user stories and process documentation
- Strong understanding of D365 CE modules including Sales and Customer Service
- Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery including UAT, training and go-live activities
- Experience with Power Pages and Customer Insights
- Microsoft certifications across D365 CE and Power Platform
- Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience
- Experience working alongside technical architects and development teams
- Knowledge of governance, release management and change control processes
- Exposure to AI, Copilot or automation technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem
