As the new Director of Digital & Technology you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of digital and technology, enabling colleagues to deliver excellent services that enhance the tenant experience. You'll deliver fit for purpose, secure, resilient and valueâforâmoney systems that underpin the delivery of the Corporate Strategy to 2030. Reporting into the Executive Director of Corporate Resources, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, championing innovation and business partnerships, enabling technology to improve tenant outcomes and colleague experiences. You'll work closely with the wider Leadership Team and other key stakeholders across the organisation to shape and deliver the digital and technology strategy, providing strategic advice and leadership on technology, digital and data innovation, with visibility and continued engagement with the Executive Team and Board.
Midland Heart seeks a Digital/Technology Leader with a track record of senior leadership within a complex, multiâstakeholder environment, where technology enables business transformation with measurable outcomes. Proven successful leadership of an endâtoâend IT function (strategy & governance, service, infrastructure/operations, development/integration, change, data, cyber, procurement & supplier management) and a history of creating a resilient and innovative service culture is required. With responsibility for a budget of cÂŁ10m, you must be commercially focused â driving commercial value from strategic supplier partnerships. Passionate, personable and inspiring â you will lead and develop a team of c50 colleagues, ensuring they reach their full potential and continue to deliver value.
