I am searching for an IT Systems Trainer to join a S4 HANA programme. The ideal candidate will have experience providing training for large IT systems, and it would be beneficial to also have supply chain experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Supply Chain Planning Function to deliver a training programme to end users that supports the implementation of SAP IBP and S4 HANA.
- Support the successful adoption of SAP IBP across planning functions, ensuring users are confident and competent in using the system.
- Create user-friendly training guides and content to be delivered in person and through virtual training sessions.
- Ensure all training is relevant and accessible to suit the training needs of the end users.
- Collaborate with the business teams and the functional teams to understand the training needs.
- Support change management initiatives by promoting user adoption and confidence in SAP IBP.
- Embed the training with assessments and facilitate feedback forums to maintain user engagement.
- Complete a repository of training materials that can be referenced by the end users and regularly update as our processes evolve.
