What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You’ll balance strategic partnering with hands‑on delivery, working across a broad range of people initiatives including:

  • Coaching and supporting leaders on people matters, employee relations, performance, wellbeing and organisational change.
  • Work with our Head of Talent, developing managers and leaders through training, coaching and capability‑building programmes.
  • Using engagement survey insights and people data to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
  • Supporting talent development, succession planning and career progression initiatives.
  • Championing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging across the business.
  • Partnering with leaders on reward, recognition and colleague engagement initiatives.
  • Leading and contributing to people projects that enhance organisational effectiveness and support business success.

Who Are You?

We’re seeking a HR professional who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for people.

  • Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager or similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong employee relations and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience coaching and influencing leaders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align people solutions with business objectives.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and drive positive change.
  • A collaborative, relationship‑focused approach and a passion for creating great colleague experiences.
