ERP Platform Specialist Recruiter – (Salesforce / Dynamics / Oracle / SAP / ServiceNow – Contract) in Birmingham

Location: London, England (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Our Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow Teams are already off the ground!

We’re looking for experienced specialists in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow to own, lead and scale their platform vertical.

What you will be doing

• You’ll join a passionate, high‑performing team in our London HQ, taking full ownership of your chosen platform market.
• Build and scale your own platform vertical with full autonomy.
• Step into a warm, established client base with live platform demand from day one.
• Lead business development and market growth across the UKI.
• Partner with organisations delivering platform implementations, upgrades, migrations & optimisation programmes.
• Collaborate with our network of specialist consultants to maximise delivery capability.
• Influence Harvey Nash’s UKI Platform Strategy and drive long-term growth.
• Play a key role in shaping how this new practice evolves, grows, and expands into deeper niche specialisms.

Who are you?

• A proven recruiter specialising in Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP or ServiceNow in either Contracts or Perm.
• Strong billing track record with a commercially sharp approach.
• Confident in building and owning a market with high levels of autonomy.
• Successful in winning new business having more market share and scaling existing business.
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
• Ambitious, collaborative and motivated to build something with real impact.
• Passionate about tech recruitment and being seen as a true specialist.
