We are currently recruiting for a Dynamics 365 CE Test Analyst on behalf of an established Microsoft Certified Partner based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a key role in testing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, supporting system testing and business-led UAT across D365 modules and integrated systems. This role requires a hands-on tester with strong Dynamics 365 knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality D365 implementations. Due to project timelines, the client requires someone available ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Validate D365 business processes, configurations, and integrations across the platform.
- Perform end-to-end testing across the D365 lifecycle, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Analyse requirements and create, maintain, and execute D365-focused test scripts and scenarios.
- Work closely with business users during UAT cycles, ensuring test coverage aligns with business processes.
- Document defects clearly and report findings to the Test Lead and project stakeholders.
- Liaise confidently with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
