An experienced Business Process Analyst is required to support us on an ERP transformation programme, supporting the discovery and assessment phase of a wider business change initiative. This role will focus on understanding and documenting current-state business processes, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and assessing existing systems and operational workflows to ensure readiness for the next phase of programme design. You will play a key role in identifying compliance and control gaps, gathering business requirements, and highlighting opportunities for process improvement and remediation.

This is a hands-on role suited to a practical Process Analyst who enjoys working closely with the business to capture and analyse processes rather than defining future-state operating models or transformation strategy.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience working as a Business Process Analyst within ERP implementation or transformation programmes.
  • Strong process analysis, process mapping and documentation skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Ability to assess current-state processes, systems and operational workflows.
  • Experience identifying compliance, governance and internal control gaps.
  • Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Experience supporting organisations through ERP discovery, assessment and design preparation phases.
  • Understanding of finance processes and associated business controls.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, influence and build relationships across business and technology teams.
  • Experience producing clear process documentation, workflows and supporting artefacts.
  • Ability to work independently within fast-paced transformation environments.
Desirable Experience:
  • ERP implementation experience, ideally within manufacturing environments (Epicor).
  • Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and governance frameworks.
