Our customer is seeking an experienced JNR PMO / Project Manager with a Business Change background to support a large-scale transformation and remediation programme within a complex enterprise environment. You will play a key role in driving governance, delivery oversight and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams, acting as a representative for Markets within the wider programme structure. This role will focus on ensuring strong PMO controls, effective reporting and successful delivery against strategic programme objectives.
You will work closely with Markets product lines, programme leadership and cross-functional teams to drive remediation activity, monitor project progress and ensure delivery remains aligned to business goals and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities- Strong PMO and/or Project Management experience within large-scale business change or transformation programmes
- Experience preparing concise project and Markets progress reports tailored to different stakeholder audiences
- Strong experience utilizing PMO best practice methodologies including plans, RAID logs and governance controls
- Experience proactively tracking programme delivery against milestones and objectives
- Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to identify and escalate risks and issues early
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology functions
- Experience facilitating remediation and change engagement activities across multiple teams
- Ability to drive delivery outcomes and coordinate complex interdependent workstreams
- Experience defining and enforcing project management governance and delivery standards
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
