Are you a hands-on ServiceNow expert who thrives at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery? We're partnering with a leading global Consultancy to find a ServiceNow Architect who can own engagements from initial client conversations through to successful implementation and beyond.
We're looking for someone who can shape, build, and deliver - someone equally comfortable running client workshops, defining architecture, and rolling up their sleeves to develop on the platform. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformational ServiceNow programmes for enterprise clients. You'll lead from the front, translating business challenges into scalable solutions, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across the full lifecycle.
You'll be trusted as both a technical authority and client advisor, helping organisations maximise the value of their ServiceNow investment.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
- Define solution architecture aligned to best practices and business outcomes
- Take a hands-on role in development and configuration where required
- Drive governance, quality assurance, and successful project execution
- Advise clients on ServiceNow roadmaps and platform strategy
- Support user adoption, testing, and change management initiatives
- Strong, demonstrable experience across the ServiceNow platform in both architecture and development
- Proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementations independently
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, design patterns, and platform capabilities
- GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) ServiceNow CIS certifications - essential - multiple preferred
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) - highly desirable but not required
