Job Title: AV Project/Program Management- or AV Deployment Lead
Contract: 12 months+
Location: London (Onsite)
Role Overview
- We are seeking a Technical Deployment Lead / Integration Coordinator (Contingent Worker) to provide hands-on execution support for technology deployment, AV refresh and event space commissioning programs
- across international sites. This is a tactical, delivery-focused role that partners closely with Regional Program Managers, vendor teams, cross-functional partners, and site operations to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to our quality standards.
Mandatory Skills:
- Track and report on project status, risks, and blockers — escalating proactively when timelines are at risk
- Support procurement workflows including PO creation, equipment tracking, and delivery verification
- 5+ years experience in program coordination, project management, or technical deployment roles
- Hands-on experience with AV (Audio Visual)/VC (Video Conferencing) technology deployments (room builds, refresh cycles, commissioning)
- Strong vendor management and logistics coordination skills priorities and maintain delivery momentum
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments across different sites/regions
Good to have skills:
- Experience in corporate AV/IT environments (enterprise video conferencing, event production)
- Familiarity with procurement processes (PO workflows, BOM management, vendor RFQs)
