Overview
We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support an app delivery function undergoing structural transition. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who has successfully improved delivery effectiveness in complex, multi-squad engineering environments. The team consists of 90 FTE across three squads (with a fourth forming), currently shifting away from a federated model to a more integrated structure. Delivery foundations exist but require greater consistency, predictability, and flow. This role is ideal for someone who can operate at pace, introduce structure without unnecessary bureaucracy, and work closely with engineering, delivery, and business stakeholders.
