Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Project Administrator, a 12-month contract based onsite at our clients' offices in Peterhead (north of Aberdeen).
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the project teams with general administration duties, such as booking meeting rooms, ordering stationery, and dealing with office deliveries.
- Managing project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles.
- Supporting the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Competent using Microsoft Office packages and has a flair for picking up new IT systems.
- Good literacy and communication skills.
