Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Project Administrator, a 12-month contract based onsite at our clients' offices in Peterhead (north of Aberdeen).

  • Assisting the project teams with general administration duties, such as booking meeting rooms, ordering stationery, dealing with office deliveries.
  • Managing project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles.
  • Supporting the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages and has a flair for picking up new IT systems.
  • Good literacy and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
