The Role

  • 1st Line
  • Log and manage incidents via the service desk
  • Provide remote and desk-side support
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, hardware and printers
  • Manage users in Active Directory & Microsoft 365
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately
  • 2nd Line
  • Advanced troubleshooting across systems and applications
  • Assist with networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Support projects, migrations and system improvements
  • What We’re Looking For

Engineers from an MSP background who

  • Work well in fast-paced environments
  • Manage multiple tickets confidently
  • Have strong troubleshooting skills
  • Communicate clearly with users at all levels
  • Are motivated to develop and progress

Experience With

Windows 10/11 | Microsoft 365 | Active Directory | Azure AD | Networking fundamentals | Intune | Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V
