Are you an IT Manager ready to build and lead a modern IT function in a fast-growing business? This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing groups in the industrial sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and strategic improvement. Initially, you'll spend your time delivering practical support and stabilising the environment, while gradually taking ownership of IT operations, service management and long-term planning. You will be instrumental in shaping a modern, professional internal IT department - from service desk implementation to infrastructure optimisation and future roadmap creation.
Essential Skills- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 maintenance and administration.
- Good experience in network infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Confident communication skills - comfortable engaging with users at all levels.
- Ability to work hands-on while developing scalable processes.
- Confident engaging and managing 3rd party vendors.
