Location: Hybrid (Scotland - Glasgow, Perth). Our client also has offices in Reading, England.

Duration: 6 months

Day Rate: £400-£450 (Inside IR35)

We are working with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Service Delivery Analyst with a strong focus on operational resilience, vulnerability management, and service continuity. This role will play a key part in ensuring IT services are secure, resilient, and recoverable, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to maintain high-performing, reliable service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive IT service management with a focus on resilience, continuity, and risk reduction.
  • Lead vulnerability management activities, working with cyber and infrastructure teams to identify, prioritise, and track remediation.
  • Ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks, including testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee service resilience and availability, ensuring systems meet recovery and uptime objectives.
  • Produce clear service reporting, including performance, risks, vulnerabilities, and improvement actions.
  • Manage major incidents and escalations, ensuring effective service restoration.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across business units.
