This is an opportunity to work on products used by millions of customers across some of the UK's best-known banking and financial services brands, helping to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences that make investing and pensions more accessible for everyone. The Opportunity Joining a collaborative UX team that's growing from six to eight designers, you'll lead the end-to-end design of customer journeys across investment and pension products, from early discovery through to delivery. One of your key projects will focus on redesigning entry-level investment and pension products, making portfolios more engaging, intuitive and user-friendly for customers who are new to investing. Working closely with Product, Research and Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to influence product direction, solve complex customer problems and shape experiences that blend the familiarity of web with the convenience of mobile apps.
