About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Positive Outcomes, you will lead the implementation of a refreshed 5-year Learning & Development strategy, driving digital transformation and strengthening the Learning Academy brand. The role focuses on delivering a national curriculum for Tribunal Members, ensuring quality training and fostering a culture that upholds children's rights and participation. You will design innovative, accessible learning solutions using E-learning platforms, blended/hybrid approaches, and data-driven evaluation. The role requires adapting to diverse audiences, legislation, and emerging technologies while aligning learning with organisational strategy and long-term priorities. Building partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and championing continuous learning are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement L&D strategy and digital transformation.
- Deliver national curriculum and induction for Tribunal Members.
- Identify learning needs and ensure legal/regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate learning impact and ROI.
- Collaborate across CHS and with external partners.
- Align learning with digital strategy and manage budgets.
- Research and adopt new learning technologies.
Management Accountabilities
- Model effective leadership and manage direct reports.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Represent CHS as delegated by the Director.
Desirable Qualifications
- Competencies: Change management, teamwork, people management, communication.
- Technical: Proficient in MS Office and LMS.
- Experience: 3+ years managing L&D/OD functions, delivering E-learning, blended learning, and implementing strategies. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, data-driven evaluation, and inclusive learning.
- Other: Experience in E-learning design and platforms.
