What You'll Do
- Define and execute a strategic vision that balances innovation with operational excellence whilst driving company growth and scalability.
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of openness, accountability and customer-centricity.
- Oversee a cloud-first product transformation, modernising architecture and enabling rapid integration with other tools.
- Strengthen commercial performance through pricing, retention and new business growth.
- Champion operational improvements, governance and scalable processes to support rapid expansion.
- Constant horizon scanning, identifying market opportunities that will deliver value.
Who You Are
- Currently an MD, or Commercial Director with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, delivering and exceeding customer expectations.
- A strategic thinker who can lead from the front and deliver an inspirational vision for growth.
- Skilled at navigating change, with resilience and positivity during transformation.
- The ability to create followship to ensure no one is left behind and everyone feels valued and part of the journey.
- Emotionally intelligent, able to build trust, align teams and manage sensitive dynamics.
- Commercially sharp, operationally disciplined and comfortable making decisions under ambiguity.
- Experienced in software or tech-enabled businesses.
