Lead Software Engineer | Newcastle Upon Tyne | Hybrid
We're looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive the delivery of complex software solutions while leading and mentoring high-performing development teams.
In this hands-on, client-facing role, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams through the full software development life cycle, build trusted client relationships and help shape technology and delivery decisions. You'll also play a key role in developing colleagues and contributing to wider engineering initiatives.

Strong experience with Python, Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript
