Salary: £65,000 + benefits
Are you an SAP Finance specialist with strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA and FICO configuration? Do you enjoy working closely with Finance stakeholders while still being technically involved in systems improvement and support? This is an excellent opportunity to join a major FMCG organisation and take ownership of their SAP Finance landscape. You will work with S/4HANA, Fiori and several integrated Finance technologies while acting as the bridge between Finance, IT and external delivery partners. - Leading the investigation and resolution of incidents, ensuring root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
- Carrying out configuration changes, testing, and small enhancements within SAP Finance.

- Supporting Finance stakeholders, understanding requirements and translating them into system changes.
- Driving continuous improvement activity by identifying recurring issues and improving processes, controls, and system performance.
- Providing training, support and guidance to end users and super users to increase adoption and capability.
- Staying current with SAP Finance and S/4HANA developments and sharing knowledge with the wider team.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on SAP Finance experience, ideally within an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.
- Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, including configuration within FICO.
- Understanding of Finance business processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R and broader Financial Control.
- Familiarity with Fiori apps and modern SAP UX.
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work closely with Finance leaders and operational teams.
