As demand for AI-led transformation continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an AI Engineer to join their expanding team and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for a diverse client base.
The Opportunity This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone with a strong Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering background who enjoys building practical, production-ready solutions.
You'll work across a variety of AI initiatives, from traditional machine learning and predictive analytics through to cutting-edge Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
Working alongside experienced AI leaders and architects, you'll take ownership of key project workstreams while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies, industries, and real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions.
Build LLM-powered applications, including prompting frameworks, RAG pipelines, and agent-based workflows.
Deliver end-to-end data science activities including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, and evaluation.
Translate technical designs into clean, scalable, production-quality Python code.
Contribute to model testing, monitoring, and performance optimisation.
Collaborate with architects, data scientists, engineers, and client stakeholders.
Support and mentor junior team members and graduates.
Share knowledge and help drive best practices across the wider AI community.
What We're Looking For
Commercial experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
Strong Python development skills and experience with common AI/ML libraries.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG architectures.
Understanding of AI Agent frameworks and orchestration concepts.
