Harvey Nash are working with a growing digital consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design of modern, secure and scalable data solutions for complex client environments.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience defining enterprise-level data architectures for multiple stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of data lakes and data warehousing (eg Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP and cloud data migrations
  • Excellent data modelling skills (ER models, datamarts, data dictionaries, ELT/ETL)
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security and role-based access control
  • Confident, client-facing communicator with a pragmatic delivery mindset

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing data architectures aligned to enterprise data and technical strategies
  • Creating and maintaining core architecture artefacts and data standards
  • Owning architectural decisions and rationale with senior stakeholders
  • Analysing data sources, APIs and Legacy systems (including reverse-engineering models)
  • Supporting Agile delivery, engineering teams, integrations and testing
