An experienced Internal Communications & Engagement Manager is required to lead communications activity around the publication of a major Culture Review and associated change initiatives. Working within the Chief Executive Office and alongside senior stakeholders, you will develop and deliver clear, engaging internal communications that ensure employees feel informed, supported, and engaged throughout ongoing cultural improvement programmes.

Key responsibilities include:
