We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands‑on technical support across multiple sites. You will be responsible for resolving user issues, managing service requests, and supporting the day‑to‑day operation of our IT environment. This is a field‑based role, so a car and valid UK driving licence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line and basic second‑line support in a telephony‑based helpdesk environment.
  • Log, diagnose and resolve ICT incidents, problems and service requests.
  • Support users with Windows Operating Systems, including Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019.
  • Perform printer administration and troubleshooting, including connecting users to network printers and resolving print issues.
  • Carry out basic account management tasks, such as creating new user accounts, modifying access, and processing account changes.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians where appropriate.
  • Travel to sites as required to deliver hands‑on support.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer support role, directly resolving ICT issues via phone or service desk systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with printer configuration, troubleshooting and network printer setup.
  • Experience with basic user account administration (Active Directory or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
