Harvey Nash is delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a part time Financial Controller (30 hours per week, worked flexibly across 3 or 4 days). We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Financial Controller with a strong focus on financial planning, forecasting, and analytical insight. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through scenario planning, developing robust financial models, and strengthening intercompany processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team, helping to drive continuous improvement, enhance financial transparency, and promote disciplined financial management across the organisation.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across the group.
  • Oversee group consolidation and reporting, including preparation of financial statements (local Standards).
  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Develop financial models and provide insights on profitability, cash flow, and key business drivers.
  • Maintain up-to-date cash flow forecasts and oversee payroll, tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Strengthen intercompany processes, ensuring accurate reconciliations and alignment across entities.
