Job Description \n HR Business Adviser \n 6-Month Contract | £200 per day (Inside IR35) | Edinburgh | 2 Days Onsite \n We are looking for an experienced HR Business Adviser to provide practical, professional HR support within a large and complex organisation. \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Manage a varied employee relations caseload, including conduct, grievance, attendance and performance matters. \n Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and leaders. \n Build strong relationships across business areas to understand workforce challenges and priorities. \n Use workforce data and insights to support effective decision-making. \n Attend management meetings, providing a people-focused perspective. \n Work collaboratively across the HR team to ensure a consistent approach and share best practice. \n \n Essential Experience: \n \n Proven employee relations case management experience. \n Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. \n Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. \n Ability to handle sensitive and complex people issues with sound judgement. \n Experience analysing workforce data and identifying trends. \n Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n \n Desirable: \n \n CIPD qualified, accredited, or working towards qualification. \n Experience supporting HR policy development and review. \n \n This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking to make an immediate impact within a busy HR function.
