Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the contract role of Executive Assistant. 3-month contract Hybrid working to Glasgow £250 - £300 a day Act as a trusted partner and advisor to our clients Chief Finance Officer, managing a complex global diary aligned to strategic priorities.

Anticipate requirements, coordinate briefings, and manage communications.

Responsibilities Maintain oversight of CFO engagement with the Board and Committees, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with Board members, executives, investors, and external partners.

Act as the central coordination point for CFO-related activities, aligning calendars and priorities across senior stakeholders.

Manage complex global travel arrangements, including contingency planning.

Drive enhancements in Executive Office processes by leveraging digital tools and AI-enabled solutions Handle highly sensitive financial and strategic information with absolute discretion.

Must-haves: Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within complex, global, and listed company environments.
