What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end technical architecture of ServiceNow implementations across multiple clients and sectors.

  • Providing architectural governance, solution assurance, and design authority throughout the project life cycle.
  • Working closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and product owners to ensure alignment with best practice and platform capabilities.
  • Driving technical excellence across engagements, promoting the use of out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities, shaping proposals, and contributing to thought leadership within the practice.

What We're Looking For

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - essential.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect within consultancy or complex multi-client environments.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, integrations, CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, or other major modules.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to work across multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to guide delivery teams, articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, and influence architectural decision-making.
