Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Customer Contact Inbound Telephony Advisor, an initial 12 month contract role.

- Hybrid to Perth (2 days a week onsite) \n
- £19 per hour - Umbrella set up \n
- Urgent start required - clear availability is required for the first 6 weeks of the assignment \n
- Training will be provided \n
We're looking for a call centre representative who are committed to resolving customers issues accurately and efficiently during the first interaction.
\nYour Role:

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone showing professionalism and empathy \n
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions on the first contact whenever possible \n
- Use internal systems and knowledge bases to assist customers confidentially \n
- Document interactions clearly and accurately \n
What we are looking for

- Experience in a call centre or customer service role \n
- Strong communication and active listening skills \n
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on first call resolution \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
- Tech - savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems \n
