We're supporting a professional services organisation in recruiting an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join their infrastructure team. This role plays a key part in delivering infrastructure and application-based projects while supporting and improving a modern, resilient IT estate across UK and international locations. You'll work with a broad Microsoft-centric technology stack and have real ownership over technical delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and support infrastructure and application projects from design through to BAU
  • Provide technical guidance to Project Managers across the project life cycle
  • Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
  • Maintain and improve VMware, Microsoft Server, and Azure environments
  • Support DR and High Availability solutions to meet RTO/RPO objectives
  • Create and maintain system designs, documentation, test plans, and recovery procedures
  • Contribute to change, problem, and service management processes
  • Share knowledge and help transition well-documented tasks to support teams
  • Stay current with infrastructure and security trends to improve service delivery

  • Strong experience with VMware administration and maintenance
