We are seeking experienced Programme Integration Specialists to support the delivery of major energy infrastructure projects. Working within a large-scale programme environment, you will play a key role in integrating complex construction activities across multiple work packages, ensuring delivery programmes are realistic, optimised and effectively managed throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and management of integrated construction programmes across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
  • Manage interfaces between multiple project packages, ensuring dependencies and risks are clearly identified.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Planners, Commercial teams and supply chain partners to optimise delivery schedules.
  • Review contractor programmes and 4D digital rehearsals to ensure plans are robust and deliverable.
  • Monitor programme performance, assess change impacts and support risk management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC3 contract requirements and support programme reporting and governance.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, engineering or construction projects within a multi-contractor environment.
  • Strong Primavera P6 planning and scheduling expertise.
  • Knowledge of NEC3 contract planning, delay analysis, change control and claims assessment.
  • Experience managing interfaces across complex design, civil, building and construction work packages.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
