Client: Tier 1 Investment Bank

Rate: £200 - £250 per day (inside IR35)

Engagement: 12-month contract

Role Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will take a leading role in shaping and executing the end-to-end recruitment strategy in partnership with the Human Resources team. This position focuses on driving recruitment initiatives that support the company's business goals, with a primary objective of securing high-quality talent to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Collaboration: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to oversee the entire recruitment life cycle. This includes managing employee referrals, sourcing strategies, and diversity-focused initiatives (both internal and external, as well as through agencies, direct sourcing, and networking).
  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate potential hires based on qualifications and alignment with the organization's needs.
  • Strategic Guidance: Advise business leaders on talent acquisition strategies, offering insights into candidate suitability and making recommendations for improving the recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open lines of communication with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Offer Negotiation: Lead the offer process, recommending competitive and appropriate offers, while negotiating terms and providing clear justification for the offer packages.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market conditions. Actively participate in diversity recruiting events to enhance the firm’s outreach.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment processes follow company policies, best practices, and legal requirements to maintain consistency and compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Risk Management: Carefully assess potential risks in recruitment decisions, considering the company's reputation and adhering to internal policies and legal regulations to safeguard clients and assets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working within large, complex financial services organizations.
  • Experience with a consultative approach to recruiting.
  • Expertise in utilizing social media and other channels for sourcing talent.
  • Strong understanding of complex compensation structures and relocation packages.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
