We're working with a growing Salesforce consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to its Professional Services team. This is an opportunity to work on a variety of complex Salesforce transformation programmes across multiple industries, helping clients maximise the value of their Salesforce investment. You'll play a key role in solution design, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and hands-on Salesforce configuration, while also mentoring more junior consultants and contributing to internal innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support client-facing Salesforce projects from discovery through to delivery
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications
