Senior L&D role supporting enterprise-level sales teams and sales strategy. You'll bring proven experience developing capability in large, complex sales organisations and a track record of lifting performance and outcomes. As a senior consultant, you'll navigate competing priorities, work autonomously, and deliver clear, agreed results. You'll plan and execute both strategic and tactical work, choosing when to operate as an individual contributor and when to draw on internal or external expertise. Success in L&D is shaped by the environment around you - and this one is exceptional.
