A large, multi-site UK organisation is looking for a Modern Workplace Specialist to support the ongoing development and optimisation of its Microsoft 365 environment. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering and supporting modern workplace technologies that enable collaboration, productivity and secure working across a distributed user base. You will work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to improve user experience and drive adoption of cloud-first tools. The environment is continuing to evolve, with investment across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, security and Azure, offering strong exposure to modern technologies and transformation work.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting and optimising Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
  • Providing end user support and troubleshooting across modern workplace tools.
  • Managing device provisioning and life cycle using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
  • Packaging and deploying applications with a focus on automation and consistency.
  • Supporting security and compliance across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Enhancing collaboration tools and user experience across Teams and SharePoint.
  • Working with Azure services including virtual desktops, storage and integrations.
  • Supporting mobile device management across Android and iOS estate.
