A global Financial Services organisation are currently seeking an Architecture Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Manchester. The role requires team and people management experience, alongside hands-on Architecture experience, ideally within Financial Services.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working as a hands-on Architect (Solution, Product or Domain)
- Strong technical capability and experience working with large software teams
- Strong experience in people management and team management
- Experience working as an Architect within Embedded teams
- Experience working in Financial Services is desirable
- Experience with cloud architecture, event-driven architecture, or domain-driven design is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very strong stakeholder management skills
