We are seeking a customer-focused Solutions Consultant/Web Developer to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize scalable technical solutions for clients and partners across the news, publishing, and digital media ecosystem. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to ensure successful onboarding, integrations, migrations, launches, and long-term customer success. Japanese-speaking candidates are preferred due to collaboration with partners across the APAC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and publisher requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Look at support tickets, investigate issues, and process tickets efficiently
- Support publisher onboarding, partner implementations, integrations, deployments, migrations, and launches
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across web platforms and integrations
- Read, understand, and analyze code to identify root causes and recommend fixes
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Technical Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering
