• We are looking for a Retail & Brand Commercial Manager with a strong mix of marketing knowledge and commercial experience to support the growth of brands licensed across major retail partners.
\n
• The role sits within the UK & Ireland Commercial Team, working primarily on the client account bringing brands to life in-store and driving product performance.
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Manage retail relationships with partners including Big fashion clients
\n
• Analyse trading data, forecasts and product performance.
\n
• Identify underperforming ranges and create plans to improve sales.
\n
• Work with Marketing Teams on campaigns, social media, and in-store promotions.
\n
• Support brand visibility and consumer engagement.
\n
• Collaborate with licensing, franchise, marketing and retail teams.
\n
• Present updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
\n

Requirements

\n
• 3-5 years' experience in retail, and fashion industries
\n
• Strong commercial and trading understanding.
\n
• Marketing campaign and brand activation experience.
\n
• Experience working with retail stakeholders and buyers.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Understanding of the fashion retail market.
