We are looking for a motivated Communication Manager to support global external and internal communication efforts. Based in our London office, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and gain hands-on experience across media relations, internal communications, and digital content. You will help shape how the organisation engages with journalists, employees, and external stakeholders, while contributing to innovative communication tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • External Communications
  • Support media engagement activities in the UK, including preparing press releases, briefing materials, and targeted distribution lists.
  • Coordinate interviews and media opportunities to ensure announcements reach the right journalists.
  • Contribute to dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders, including compiling media coverage summaries.
  • Assist in implementing and optimising AI-based automation tools for reporting.
  • Draft LinkedIn posts for senior spokespeople.
  • Internal Communications
    • Organise internal events in the London office to support colleagues' understanding of business strategy.
    • Manage the preparation of content for internal communication channels, including the Intranet, internal social platforms, and digital screens.

    Skills & Experience

    • Strong interest in communications and media.
    • Existing contacts within the UK financial press are highly desirable.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; native-level English.
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
    • Previous experience in a communications role.
    • Strong relationships with key UK media outlets.
    • Background in financial services or investment management.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Native English speaker.
    • 5+ years of experience in media relations.
    • Demonstrated experience working with media.
    • Exceptional writing skills (to be assessed during the interview process).
