We're looking for a confident and people-focused Head of People/HR Manager to take ownership of key people matters and provide trusted HR guidance across the business.
Location: Leicester
Working Model: Hybrid-3 Days a week
Contract: 3 months Contract
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law
Proven experience handling complex ER cases
Experience with disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters
Confident advising managers and senior stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
Experience with Food/FMCG/Manufacturing exp is must
