Harvey Nash Project Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion IT Trainer to join a major transformation programme for an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support user readiness and drive successful adoption of a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation by designing and delivering engaging, role-based training.
Contract Details
- Role: Oracle Fusion IT Trainer
- Location: North East (2 days per week onsite)
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Rate: upto £400 (Outside IR35)
- IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver role-based Oracle Fusion training aligned to the implemented solution.
- Develop engaging training materials and learning resources to support end users.
- Deliver training sessions in line with the agreed training strategy and programme plan.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure training meets user needs.
- Support post-training adoption, knowledge transfer, and solution embedding across the organisation.
- Gather learner feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering training for Oracle Fusion implementations or other enterprise ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion.
