An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-funded, fast-growing alternative SME lender that is entering an exciting phase of expansion. The business is looking for an experienced Broker Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager to play a key role in developing and scaling its broker distribution network. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership, visibility and the chance to make a significant impact within an ambitious growth business.

This is a relationship-led Business Development role, focused on building long-term partnerships with commercial finance brokers across the UK. You will be responsible for growing the introducer network, supporting brokers through the lending process and ensuring the business becomes a trusted funding partner within the specialist lending market.

The Role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NACFB commercial finance brokers and specialist mortgage intermediaries.
  • Identify, approach and onboard new broker partners.
