Job Description
We're looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a busy operational site and work closely with the Finance Manager and wider leadership team.
Contract Duration: at least until end of Jan 2027 (likely be to the end March)
Mode: 4 days office, 1 day remote
Location: Aylesbury
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
- Provide financial analysis and commercial insight
- Business partner with operational teams
- Support cost control and continuous improvement
- Challenge assumptions and identify performance opportunities
About You:
- Qualified or part-qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Experience in manufacturing or operational environments
- Strong analytical and business partnering skills
- Proactive, hands-on and commercially focused
