About the Role:

Harvey Nash's Pub Sec client is looking for a Training Support Manager to work on the ongoing Correspondence Management System (CMS) project within the Correspondence Improvement Project (CIP). CIP aims to modernise and improve the way correspondence is managed across the business and partner organisations. A key outcome of this project is to support more consistent processes, improved transparency and reporting, and a more sustainable service model for handling correspondence, including Freedom of Information requests (FOIs), Parliamentary Questions and Ministerial and general correspondence.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the training plan for the CMS.
  • Prepare, create, and deliver creative training communications/products and multi-media materials ensuring content is relevant and effective for diverse learning styles and varied audiences.
  • Work with the wider CIP delivery team to proactively shape and lead training activity to inform communications and engagement events.
  • Work with the wider delivery team, such as Business Analysts and Change Management colleagues to coordinate and deliver relevant training, awareness and business process activity.
  • Measure uptake and engagement with training for the CMS training in line with required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of providing training products in multiple formats at pace.
  • Experience of training delivery on large projects resulting in significant change for business area/organisation.
  • Excellent written, verbal and digital literacy skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Training qualification.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to adapt sensitively.
  • Public sector service delivery and change management.
